we have lots of experience making bespoke manifolds for all applications 347 supplied by hypertune is a investment casted product, 347 has good oxidation resistance and creep strength to 1500°F (816°C) 

aluminum alloys come in lots of flavor's, some more corrosion resistant some better with strength and some better to weld rest assure we know the best alloy for the application at hand. 

the Most commonly used alloys are 4130 and 4140, alloys these are preferred in motorsports for applications such as roll cages. suspension components, control arms and other high stress components, another advantage is being able to make components slimmer and lighter thanks to its higher plastic deformation and yeild strength compared to low carbon steels.

titanium alloys come in many different grades most commonly is grade 5 in motorsports, its not only about bling its light weight and very strong with higher temperatures resistance than aluminum.

Something a lot of fabricators over look is purging, its necessary for reactive metals such as stainless steel, Inconel and titanium when these metals are not purged they react with oxygen and cause hydrogen embrittlement, reducing the strength of the weld joint and often leaves slag behind that can damage turbine blades in a turbo manifold application under operation and often become a weak point.     

Here at DGS we use the most up to date components for welding to ensure both aesthetics and strength, we use TIG and MIG processes and large cups and quality filler and the right gas to ensure we get the best results.
